We specialize in high-end decks, patio covers, and complete outdoor living solutions, including outdoor kitchens, lighting, sound systems, fans, and heaters. What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate in a tight-knit 2-3 person crew to efficiently complete projects.
• Build stunning, high-end outdoor spaces that enhance homes and lifestyles.
• Work with high-quality materials, often constructing decks and structures up to 20’ off the ground.
• Work closely with your crew lead to bring unique visions to life.
• Typically work 40-45 hours per week, with overtime after 40 hours.
• Enjoy the option of extra hours—weekend work is never mandatory.
• Use company-provided tools, and major equipment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay starting at $22 - $28 per hour, based on experience and expertise.
• We pay by skill—your pay grows with your skills and contributions.
• All crew members are eligible for performance bonuses.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
• Well-organized team players with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicators who are comfortable interacting with clients and team members.
• 1-3 years of construction or carpentry experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
