SUMMARY :
We are looking for a dedicated Mid-Level SQL and SSRS Developer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining database solutions and reports that drive business insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL development, SSRS report creation, and data analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Database Development & Maintenance :
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Create complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers for application and reporting needs.
- Maintain detailed documentation of database configurations, procedures, and workflows to support clarity and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and improve database performance, ensuring high availability and security.
2. SSRS Reporting :
3. ETL and Data Integration :
Assist business teams in analyzing complex data to uncover trends, issues, and opportunities.
5. Continuous Improvement and Collaboration :
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :
3. Technical Skills :
Proficient in SQL Server tools and technologies.
Advanced knowledge of SSRS, including creating interactive and parameterized reports.
Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Knowledge of database security and best practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience with cloud-based platforms (Azure SQL, AWS RDS).
