Job Description:
- Assists Executive Chef in all areas of the kitchen and food production
- Maintains and cleans refrigerators and pantry areas
- Washes dirty dishes, cleans dining room and kitchen as assigned
- Assist with the cleaning projects in the kitchen and other areas of dining services as needed
- Assist with food preparation as assigned
- Additional duties as assigned by Executive Chef and Operations Supervisor
