We are seeking a skilled and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic and growing team of 16 dedicated mental health therapists and 2 experienced ABA therapists of 16 dedicated mental health therapists and 2 experienced ABA therapists.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles to support patients' needs and goals.
- Conduct assessments, observe behaviors, and analyze data to make informed decisions about treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care and progress.
- Provide training and guidance to families and caregivers to help implement therapeutic strategies in everyday settings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid license as an ABA Therapist (or BCBA certification).
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt and be resourceful in addressing unique challenges faced by each patient.
- Commitment to providing ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
