Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage accurate financial records for LifeThrive and Baseden Concrete.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes for both companies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and handle tax filing for both organizations.
- Monitor budgets and provide insights to improve financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with management teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline operations and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance, ideally managing multiple accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams from both organizations.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
