Summary:
Provide psychological services to individuals with developmental disabilities and collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IT) to ensure compliance with program standards. Offer assessments, develop habilitation plans, and provide clinical supervision as needed.
Location: Rochester, NY
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Daytime (with flexibility)

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct psychological assessments and create personalized behavior support plans.
- Deliver services that support the emotional, intellectual, and social growth of individuals.
- Collaborate with families and team members to maximize strengths and address challenges.
- Be a role model, promoting positive behaviors and fostering community involvement.
- Attend Service Plan Reviews, team meetings, and maintain accurate records.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP)
- Master's degree in psychology o related field 1 years of experience with developmental disabilities.
- Passion for helping others achieve their potential.
