About the Role:
We’re seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our HR team. In this dynamic role, you’ll take the lead in managing and optimizing our UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Human Resources Information System. You will be pivotal in driving data accuracy, system efficiency, and innovative HR solutions. Your work will help empower HR leadership with data-driven insights and contribute to strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
· Design & Develop Reports: Craft custom reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable insights for HR leadership, driving strategic decision-making.
· System Maintenance & Optimization: Administer and maintain the UKG HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, security, and top-notch performance.
· Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Learning & Development, and other departments to understand their system needs and enhance HR processes.
· Troubleshooting & Support: Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and serve as the go-to liaison with UKG technical support.
· Project Leadership: Lead and support HRIS projects, including upgrades, data conversions, and new module implementations.
· Training & Guidance: Provide training to HR team members and users on HRIS functionality, ensuring best practices and smooth usage.
· Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with HR regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FMLA, ACA, EEO) and support audit and compliance processes with precise data extraction and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience: 3 years working with an HRIS system, with direct experience in UKG being highly preferred.
· Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. Experience in system configuration, data reporting, and workflow development.
· Communication: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
· Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
