Assist with office and reception duties, including:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Date-stamping agency checks and bills
- General office organization and equipment maintenance
- Maintain accurate record-keeping systems for development functions.
- Log and track all agency check receipts in an organized manner.
- Process and acknowledge donations in the fundraising database within 48 hours.
- Monitor office supplies and notify the Development Coordinator of any needs.
- Attend and document development meetings, ensuring all committee members receive minutes.
- Adhere to company policies while handling sensitive administrative tasks.
- Take on additional duties as requested to support the team’s success.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and present effectively.
- Excellent organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and instructions.
