Responsibilities
Tracks the flow of audit reports sent out and returned, tracks the inspection reports from vendors, reviews for accuracy and records receipt. Completes annual and interim certifications for those moving in and out of HUD projects. Writes and submits safety plans. Completes daily data review and submits findings.
Qualifications
Associate degree in a related field and two years' experience in a setting serving people with disabilities; or any combination of education and experience that demonstrates job competence. Must have a valid New York State driver's license and reliable transportation.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

Schedule
Monday-Friday 8 : 00 - 4 : 30, must have some flexibility for interviews outside regular hours.
