Overview
As a Dentist at Lifetime Dental Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality dental services to our patients. Located in a supportive environment that values continuous learning and collaboration, you will contribute to our mission of enhancing patient care through your expertise and commitment.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Conduct various dental procedures including extractions, restorations, and oral surgeries.
- Utilize medical imaging techniques for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Implement aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in a four-handed dentistry approach.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures, including pediatric dentistry and oral surgery.
- Experience with medical imaging technologies is preferred.
- Proficiency in four-handed dentistry techniques and aseptic protocols.
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental office management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
