Life at the lake is as busy as ever and we are in need of hard working, motivated individuals to be part of our lake crews.
We have a rare opportunity to work directly under our build crew manager with 23 years of dock building experience. You will be part of the entire build process, from bolting the frames and floats together on the shoreline, to constructing the roof, installing the accessories, and floating and anchoring it to the customer's shoreline.
You will work at our build facility at Clearwater Cove Marina (Rainbow Dock). You will spend most of your time outdoors, and a significant part of it over the water constructing floating docks.
We are looking for applicants who have some construction experience, love being outdoors, love the lake, and are willing to learn. On the job training is provided.
Starting salary is $14/hour plus overtime, paid weekly. We offer paid time off for major holidays after a 90-day probationary period and paid vacation after 1 year. Our days begin Monday-Friday at 6am, and end at around 5pm Monday through Thursday and usually half days on Fridays.
