Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hands on and blue collar type work as well as construction, 2 years of experience with electrical work, with the ability to read blueprints and install fixtures effectively. As a Crew Lead, you will be managing all of the installation and solar work in your area, maintenance, and repair of solar energy systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. You will be managing a team of installers ensuring that their work meets local code requirements and standards. You will be required to have full responsibility of a work vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Install solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of solar systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for installation tasks.
- Conduct electrical work including high voltage and low voltage wiring.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards on construction sites.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on installed solar systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to solar panel performance and electrical connections.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
Schedule:
