Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate, motivated individuals who can handle a fast paced environment to join our team. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and patient care.
Clinic Technician Duties
- Maintain accurate and organized medical records
- Maintain exam rooms/pre-testing rooms/equipment/tech station
- Prepare exam rooms and equipment for each patient, including sanitizing and cleaning between patients
- Responsible for all pre-testing procedures prior to patient seeing the doctor
- Provide contact lens training and information
- Assist the doctors and clinic coordinator as needed
- Maintain procedure and product knowledge
- Understand VSP/Eyemed and how it relates to contact lenses
- Help dispense and adjust eyewear
- Assist in patient check-out including billing and payment collection
We have 3 office locations - McCook & Cambridge, NE, and Oberlin, KS. Staff are expected to travel to satellite locations at various times. Travel accommodations are provided by the company.
Experience
Our office is a fast-paced environment that requires high organizational and effective time-management skills. All roles are expected to provide excellent customer service. All areas are expected to collaborate to ensure smooth patient flow through the office.
