Front Desk Receptionist
Our multidisciplinary medical office is seeking a friendly, outgoing, individual to work as part of our front desk team. This individual is the first line of interaction with our office, and as such needs to be professional, highly organized, and able to accurately handle cash and charge transactions.
Front Desk experience is a plus, but we would be willing to train the right candidate.
Must have excellent customer service skills and be energetic, resourceful, and highly organized with great multi-tasking skills.
Position Highlights:
- Great verbal and written communication skills a must and have people oriented skills to greet and welcome patients.
-Experience collecting patient balances and keeping patients on track with their appointments
-Intermediate computer skills with standard business applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and internet.
-Ability to work under pressure maintaining professionalism and strong communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail and follow-through on assigned tasks.
-Adaptive to changing priorities and the dynamics of a growing organization.
-Organized with an ability to balance multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
-Working rotating Saturday mornings is required.
