The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, cash flow management, and financial analysis, ensuring accurate and efficient financial processes while maintaining compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal financial policies.
Duties and Responsibilities of Financial Management Specialist :
Financial Management and Reporting
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports as required by management.
- Collect, process, and verify financial data from multiple sources and systems.
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate the organizations financial performance and risks.
- Conduct financial audits, reconciliations, and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Banking and Transaction Oversight
Qualifications & Skills :
This role is essential in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, ensuring the organizations overall fiscal health and operational efficiency.
