- Performance Tracking Monitor team performance, track leads, and implement strategies to enhance productivity
- Customer Engagement Serve as the face of Lifetime Roof & Solar, educating homeowners on insurance-based roof restoration services
- Professional Representation Maintain a professional and positive image while engaging with potential customers
- Compliance & Reporting Ensure all leads are documented in CRM systems and follow company reporting procedures
- Experience Minimum 1 year of canvassing experience (roofing or insurance restoration experience preferred)
- Leadership Skills Ability to motivate, coach, and drive team performance
- Technology Proficiency Comfortable using a smartphone, iPad, CRM systems, and Outlook
- Reliable Transportation Must have own vehicle or ability to drive a company-provided vehicle
- Flexibility Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Interpersonal Skills Strong communication and persuasion skills to engage potential customers and manage teams effectively
- Outdoor Work Ability to work in a variety of environments including outdoors, indoors, and large crowds
- Standing & Walking Must be able to stand and walk for 6 hours a day
- Lifting & Setup Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs for event setups, tents, and displays
