Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team in Denver, Colorado . This part-time role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, particularly for field marketing and sales positions. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with people, has a persuasive communication style, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position is a hybrid role that will work out of the main office in the Central Park area of Denver.

Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage multiple open roles simultaneously with urgency, creativity, and attention to detail
Sourcing Strategy : Utilize social media platforms, web-based job boards, career fairs, and college campuses to attract diverse talent
Talent Pipeline Development : Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates, conduct outreach calls, pre-screen applicants, and leverage internal referrals
Interview Coordination : Schedule interviews, prepare interview materials, and assist hiring managers with the selection process
Offer Management & Onboarding : Prepare offer letters, collaborate with HR on background checks, and ensure all pre-employment paperwork is completed before the candidate's first day
Compliance & Documentation : Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) daily, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Collaboration : Work closely with department managers and HR to align hiring strategies with business needs
Field Recruiting : Represent Lifetime Home Remodeling at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs to source candidates in person
Other Duties : Perform additional tasks as assigned to support talent acquisition and workforce planning efforts
Qualifications
Experience : 1-2 years of recruiting experience (industry experience preferred)
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work Ethic : Strong sense of urgency, professionalism, and organization
Collaboration : Ability to work cross-functionally with hiring managers, HR, and leadership
