- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize social media platforms, web-based job boards, career fairs, and college campuses to attract diverse talent
- Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates, conduct outreach calls, pre-screen applicants, and leverage internal referrals
- Candidate Screening: Review applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, prepare interview materials, and assist hiring managers with the selection process
- Offer Management & Onboarding: Prepare offer letters, collaborate with HR on background checks, and ensure all pre-employment paperwork is completed before the candidate's first day
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) daily, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Collaboration: Work closely with department managers and HR to align hiring strategies with business needs
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support talent acquisition and workforce planning efforts
- Experience: 1-2 years of recruiting experience (industry experience preferred)
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work Ethic: Strong sense of urgency, professionalism, and organization
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with hiring managers, HR, and leadership
