Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Engagement: Conduct in-home sales presentations, establish trust, and build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and a customer-centric approach.
- Lead Generation: Actively generate your own leads through canvassing and networking within your designated territory. Additional leads can be generated through Lifetime's multi-channel marketing approach.
- Damage Assessment and Insurance Coordination: Perform detailed roof inspections to identify damage and collaborate with insurance adjusters to facilitate claims.
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably as a roofing consultant, with a robust knowledge of residential roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
- Self-Starter and Highly Driven: Independent and enthusiastic about pursuing new sales opportunities with the tenacity to thrive on a commission-only compensation structure.
- Excellent Communication: Fluent and persuasive communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing customers and stakeholders.
- Mobility and Availability: Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to manage travel within your assigned territory.
