Lifetime Home Remodeling is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The primary focus of this role is receiving service requests, troubleshooting issues, planning, and executing repairs. The Service Technician will ensure complete customer satisfaction while applying sound business judgment.

Responsibilities
Service Management : Receive and schedule inspections, maintenance, and repairs needed with homeowners.
Client Interaction : Meet with homeowners, set clear expectations of the project scope, and professionally conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Communication : Answer homeowner questions, provide service status updates, and communicate estimated timeframes for job completion.
Issue Resolution : Communicate any obstacles to management, ensuring input is critical to the success of the company.
Material Management : Deliver necessary materials to installers to complete jobs and update / upload all proper documents into the company CRM.
Installation and Service : Install and service window and door projects following Lifetime practices, policies, procedures, and processes.
Team Coordination : Attend weekly production meetings, strive to reduce expenses, and increase productivity. Maintain ongoing training to enhance installer speed and efficiency.
Customer Satisfaction : Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate the completion of any punch list items.
Qualifications
Experience : Previous experience in window and door installation or service required.
Technical Skills : Ability to operate a computer with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel, and utilize a smartphone for business applications.
Communication Skills : Verbal and written ability to provide correspondence and status or maintenance tasks effectively. Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to homeowners, clients, and other employees.
Language Skills : Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Time Management : Strong commitment to time management. Dependable and punctual with appointments, documentation, and commitments.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift 60 lbs. consistently, use a ladder, and stand for extended periods. Scheduled availability between 8am – 6pm.
