Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a skilled and dedicated Tier II Installer to join our installation team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Tier II Installer, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality window and door installations, as well as maintaining clean and organized job sites. This position is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in window installation and remodeling, experience installing Infinity from Marvin windows preferred .

Responsibilities :
Installation Duties : Perform basic to routine window and door removals and installations, ensuring all units are level, plumb, and square.
Worksite Setup & Cleanup : Prep and maintain a clean job site, handle worksite teardown, and perform project cleanup.
Material Handling : Load windows / doors at the company warehouse and unload trash and clean trailers.
Finishing Touches : Apply exterior / interior finish trim and caulking to ensure a polished final product.
Problem Solving : Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure timely resolution.
Customer Interaction : Positively interact with customers and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
Qualifications :
Experience : 1 to 3 years of window installation and remodeling experience.
Technical Skills : Working knowledge of hand and power tools, with the ability to manage time and the installation process efficiently.
Physical Ability : Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to installation.
Customer Service Skills : Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Accountability : A strong sense of accountability, dependability, and punctuality with appointments and documentation.
Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate with installation crews, internal staff, and company leadership.
Self-Motivator : Ability to manage your time and tasks independently, ensuring smooth operations on each job site.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to communicate effectively with installation crews, internal staff, and company leadership.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently and perform tasks in various job site conditions.
Proficiency in utilizing a smartphone for business applications.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
