Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Home Health Advisor (Outside sales representative) to drive sales for Radon Mitigation, Electrical, Handyman, & select HVAC services in the Sun Prairie, Madison, & surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have strong sales background, exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to educate homeowners and businesses on the importance of radon mitigation and other home services. Responsibilities/Required skills
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing events
- Conduct in-home and on-site consultations, explaining the benefits of radon mitigation, and other home services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, real estate agents, home inspectors, contractors, and property managers.
- Customer Engagement & Closing Deals
- Educate potential customers on radon risks, mitigation solutions, and additional services.
- Provide detailed estimates and close sales with professionalism and confidence.
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements to meet customer needs and company goals.
- Territory & Market Growth
- Manage a defined territory within Sun Prairie/Madison area, adapting sales strategies based on seasonality and market demand.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to maximize customer outreach.
- Goal Setting & Performance Tracking
- Work towards structured sales targets
- Utilize sales KPI's to track performance and continuously improve.
- Adapt strategies to meet quarterly and annual goals.
Qualifications
- 2 years of outside sales experience (home services, construction, HVAC, or radon experience preferred).
- Strong persuasion & negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with a hunter mentality - comfortable prospecting and generating leads.
- Ability to explain complex technical services in a clear, concise manner.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
