HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a professional HVAC Service Technician to help our customers solve their HVAC issues! You will mainly service and offer replacement solutions when appropriate but may be asked to maintain and install HVAC equipment as needed. 

Responsibilities:

• Service and troubleshoot residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Earn commissions by providing estimates and following up with customers
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Coach and train other technicians
• Respond to emergency service requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Leadership and management path for those interested

Qualifications:

• Strong HVAC technical background and adept at troubleshooting residential and some commercial HVAC equipment
• Strong work ethic and impeccable character required
• Ability to work alone and with a team
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
