Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning in various domains, including language, math, science, and social skills.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques and behavior management strategies.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's development and address any concerns regarding their progress.
• Provide individualized attention to students with special needs or those requiring additional support.
• Foster a love for learning through hands-on activities, play-based learning, and physical education initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.

Skills

• Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
• Proficient in classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
• Experience working with students in diverse settings, including those with special educational needs.
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies to support student engagement.
