Our family of products include folding tables, chairs, basketball systems, kayaks, paddleboards, storage sheds, coolers, and playsets. Lifetime Products are among the market leaders in each category, and are primarily manufactured in Utah. Our Nampa store location has need of an enthusiastic and dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Members of this team will assist customers with their purchases, answer questions about products, and demonstrate excellent customer service. Team members are also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store, restocking merchandise, and processing sales transactions. Our store hours are from 9:30 am-7 pm Mon-Sat. The store is closed on Sundays.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Restock merchandise and ensure that product displays are attractive and organized
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive shopping experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- 18 or older
- Valid Driver's License - Must be Utah or Idaho based on location working
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Retail sales experience preferred, but not required
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background/MVR check.
