Responsibilities:

Develop and execute operational strategies to improve customer experience and Company profitability.

Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, minimize repairs and to reduce costs where possible.

Manage team of construction coordinators across all branches to manage roof installation processes, driving for quality customer service

Conduct daily site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with company standards and customer expectations.

Troubleshoot scheduling issues to ensure efficient project execution and timely completion of roofing builds.

Hire, train and develop construction coordinators across the branches.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Monitor production performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and human resources, to align operational objectives with overall business goals.

Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing proactive solutions to address potential challenges.

Work closely with construction coordinators to address customer concerns, provide updates, and ensure a positive experience throughout the roofing build process.

Act as a point of contact for customers, resolving issues promptly and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, a related field, or comparable work experience.

Proven experience in an operations leadership role.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive growth and efficiency.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization as well as with customers.
