Sales Supervisor
Location: Youngstown, OH
Salary: $44,000 base 1.5% commission on team sales incentives

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead, train, and support a team of 8–12 sales representatives. You will drive field performance, ensure compliance with company standards, and foster a high-energy, growth-oriented sales culture. Working closely with the Branch or Sales Manager, you will refine sales strategies and maximize team success.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Development & Coaching
- Train and mentor reps in door-to-door sales, field engagement, and closing techniques.
- Guide reps through inspections, damage assessments, and claim procedures.
- Ensure accurate documentation in AccuLynx and adherence to safety protocols.
Sales Leadership & Execution
- Assist in claim optimization, adjuster appointments, and policy reviews.
- Oversee marketing efforts, referral generation, and customer engagement.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes and performance metrics.
Onboarding & Training
- Lead classroom training, onboarding, and pitch practice for new hires.
- Support ongoing education and development of sales reps.
- Conduct daily team huddles for alignment and motivation.
Culture & Recruitment
- Foster a collaborative, goal-driven team environment.
- Actively recruit top industry talent.
- Promote company incentives, competitions, and achievement programs.
Goal Management & Performance Tracking
- Set and monitor team goals aligned with branch objectives.
- Provide performance updates and strategy refinements.
- Collaborate with leadership to adapt to market trends and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
✅ Roofing sales experience required
✅ Sales leadership experience (roofing or home improvement preferred)
✅ Strong coaching, training, and motivational skills
✅ Proficiency in CRM tools (AccuLynx, Sales Rabbit) and sales reporting
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment
✅ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
