The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and hiring sales professionals who can drive revenue growth for the company. The successful candidate will work closely with our branch managers to understand the needs of their markets, business, source candidates, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish with Lifetime’s unique recruiting system.

- Execute our recruiting strategy to attract top sales talent
- Collaborate with Sales and deliver top candidates for our training classes
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for the role
- Manage the full recruitment process, including interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews, nurturing the candidate and extending job offers
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates through various sources
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to reach potential candidates
- Provide a positive candidate experience and serve as a brand ambassador for the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in sales recruiting, preferably in the door to door industry
- 3 years in high volume recruiting
- Experience with regional recruiting
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Results-oriented mindset and a passion for finding top sales talent
Compensation & Benefits:
- 45k - 55k commission (60k-70k ote)
