Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.

- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective strategies for reaching targets.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Familiarity with inside sales processes as well as outside sales strategies.
- Proficient in using software tools such as Salesforce for managing client relationships.
