As a Sales Supervisor at Lifetime Quality Roofing, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales team to achieve outstanding results. This position is essential for driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction while upholding our values of quality service and client loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Manage territory assignments to optimize coverage and efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Roofing sales experience REQUIRED
- Must be comfortable going on roofs as needed
- Proven experience in sales management or supervisory roles, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation and territory management.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is preferred but not required.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively to potential clients.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
