We’re looking for a skilled, telephone-forward customer service professional for our Columbus branch to handle all retail calls for the area. The right candidate for this role will have tangible experience, is highly motivated, and capable of working autonomously in coordination with the company’s process.

We’re looking for a skilled, telephone-forward customer service professional for our Columbus branch to handle all retail calls for the area. Responsibilities:
- Calling and scheduling appointments with existing customers
- Organizing the collections process and orchestrating the timeline for collecting checks
- Confirm and document checks collected from customers
- Proactively facilitate the check collection process
- Communicating and answering all questions around invoicing for customers
- Experience as a CSR or related work history
- Strong communication and engagement ability
- Working knowledge of basic computer software systems
- Ability to learn and master new software systems quickly
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working professionally over the phone with a personable demeanor
