We are hiring an experienced, creative, and energetic individual to join our corporate support team! This PartnerSuccess Specialist serves our partners primarily in the East Texas and Louisiana markets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for communication and collaboration, particularly in engaging with senior adults working alongside others, and working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with staff, partners, and residents, ensuring a supportive and dynamic atmosphere.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
- Completes support and training visits as assigned including documentation compliance reviews.
- Reviews and approves monthly wellness calendars, newsletters, and promotional items as assigned.
- Knowledge and experience in the skilled nursing setting with required activity documentation.
- Moderate to heavy travel (50-75%) (overnight included)
- Collaborates with the wellness team and is an effective member of the corporate support team.
- Contributes to the development of quality programs and resources that encompass the six dimensions of wellness.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Certified Therapeutic Recreational Therapist (CTRS) or certified Activity Director through NCCAP.
- Proven experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings, with a strong focus on activities for senior adults.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for teamwork.
