Description
Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our Purchasing team in Denver, Colorado. This role is critical in ensuring that all product is ordered in a timely manner with very minimal errors. You will work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure that all projects are properly ordered and recorded in our CRM system.

Responsibilities
Quality Control
Build positive relationships with the purchasing team, manufacturing partners, measure techs and Sale staff and any other departments needed.
Oversee all Cities related purchasing documents are updated / uploaded clean and correct when stored into company CRM.
Ensure that all deadlines are met when placing orders.
Follow purchasing procedures to promote accuracy of ordering.
Ability to work with multiple products and take on new markets.
Communication
Communicate revised lead times with sale team when requested.
Assist the windows team and by dealing with customers via telephone and electronic communication when needed.
Provide updates to customer service concierge on delays and updated lead times when needed.
Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email and text.
Comprehend and communicate efficiently with other employees.
Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to homeowners, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Organization & Training
Continuously growing knowledge of products by completing Marvin & Infinity University and reading literature on all other Lifetime products.
Meticulously organize orders, files, and all notes in the CRM system.
Evaluate the working environment and strive to provide your team with a positive culture.
Multi-tasking,
Ability to work with multiple products and take on new markets.
Ability to learn new software and programs.
Qualifications
Operate Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and other required Systems
Utilize a smartphone for business applications.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
Proficient with computers, Microsoft office suite and CRM systems
2 years of replacement windows experience preferred.
2 years managing processes preferred
Strong customer services skills required.
Physical Requirement :
Sitting for long periods of time to perform duties (desks have the option to raise for standing).
Lifting isn't typical but may need to lift 2 lbs. at times.
