Lifetime Home Remodeling is excited to expand into the Southern California market with the launch of our San Diego office! We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tier II Installer to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with premium products like Infinity from Marvin windows and provide top-quality service to our customers. As a Tier II Installer, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality window and door installations, maintaining organized job sites, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
Installation Duties : Perform basic to routine window and door removals and installations, ensuring all units are level, plumb, and square.
Worksite Setup & Cleanup : Prepare and maintain clean job sites, handle worksite teardown, and perform project cleanup to company standards.
Material Handling : Load windows and doors at the warehouse and manage disposal of debris, ensuring trailers are clean and organized.
Finishing Touches : Apply exterior and interior finish trim, caulking, and other finishing touches to ensure a polished final product.
Problem Solving : Identify and resolve installation issues promptly and effectively.
Customer Interaction : Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and ensuring satisfaction throughout the installation process.
Qualifications
Experience : 1 to 3 years of window installation and remodeling experience; experience with Infinity from Marvin windows is highly preferred.
Technical Skills : Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to efficiently manage time and installation tasks.
Physical Ability : Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform tasks in various job site conditions.
Customer Service Skills : Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Accountability : Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
Communication Skills : Ability to collaborate effectively with installation crews, internal staff, and leadership.
Self-Motivator : Capable of independently managing your time and tasks to ensure project success.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently and perform tasks in various job site conditions.
Proficiency in using smartphones for business applications.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
