Job Summary
Lifetools is a faith-based 501c(3) nonprofit organization that works to help individuals overcome some of life's biggest obstacles. We are launching Life Center for Healing, a cooperative which will combine medial (famiy practice and specialty physicians, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, etc) and behavioral health professionals with varying specialties to work in tandem with patients.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical or Behavioral Health Professionals to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and therapeutic services to individuals facing medical and mental health challenges. Your expertise will help clients navigate their physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs - fostering a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth.
We are seeking professionals to embrace the wholistic approach to treatment - Individuals who explore alternative solutions for patients in addition to medicine.

- support staff to answer calls, schedule appointments, billing, and the coordination of care with all patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide medical or therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions.
- Utilize evidence-based practices in psychopharmacology to support clients in managing their medical or mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care to address all conditions for clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
- Combination of in person and telehealth appointments
Qualifications
- A medical or behavioral health degree.
- Relevant licensure or certification.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.
- Training in alternative treatment modalities is highly desirable.

Pay: $35.00 - $130.00 per hour
