Summary: Are you ready to be the driving force behind our Sales Operations? As the Sales Operations Manager, you'll be the expert in our systems and the master of process efficiency. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams within the organization to achieve outstanding results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Guide and nurture the Sales Operations team, helping them grow and shine.
- Promotion and Incentive Management:Oversee, document, and coordinate the execution of all promotions and incentives.
- Host kickoff and retrospective meetings
- Track progress, document and implement changes
- Actively Manage all internal promotion and incentive tools to ensure accuracy (incentive trackers, FAQs, system setup, etc.).
- Ensure SOX compliance by documenting the approval and testing of all promotions and incentives.
- Handle promotion and incentive reporting and award calculations.
- Keep our Sales, Marketing, and Recognition teams in the loop about relevant promotions and incentive achievements.
- Red Carpet Program: Oversee, document and coordinate the execution of all Red Carpet Agreements.
- Coordinate sample shipments
- Collect and compile required documents
- Draft agreements and route for approval
- Track agreement progress and calculate applicable payments
- Keep our Sales Team up to date on progress and achievements
- Item Setup:Support item setup and maintenance projects as needed
- Create new items as requested by Sales or Marketing
- Route price changes as requested by Sales or Marketing
- Manage yearly global price change projects
- Project Support: Oversee any assigned company projects, working closely with IT, Marketing, Legal, Sales and Commission to drive them to completion.
- Company Champion: Assist with other company initiatives as requested.
Education and/or Experience
- Degree: Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Corporate Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a corporate environment preferred.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the Network Marketing Industry.
- CRM Savvy: Familiar with Infotrax CRM is a plus.

- Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated experience as a collaborator.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficient with windows-based software applications.
- Time Management: Strong time management, critical thinking, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives.
- Meeting Facilitation: Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items.
- Interaction: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate and interact with all levels of employees and leadership.
- Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail with the ability to organize, prioritize, and produce alternate solutions
