Required Skills and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent and 4) four years of full-time social work or human services experience; or associate degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of professional work experience; or bachelor's degree for those without relevant professional experience, social work, or human services experience.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Must be Certified or Eligible to obtain certification as a Child Welfare Case Manager (CWCM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside.
