POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will have responsibility for assisting leadership in driving operational excellence at a fast-growing international network marketing company. This individual will report to the Manager of Business Intelligence and work with the leadership team to provide critical business insight and guide decision making processes across the company with statistical trends, evidence of market trends, and facilitation of a shared understanding of sales behaviors and health metrics. This position will also form processes and work instructions specific to the implementation and usage of data/reporting. This role is a high value-add business partner to the organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by facilitating effective methodologies, efficient processes, and providing a shared understanding of the business. The role will be required to assess program results and provide recommendations to the leadership on issues or areas that need to be improved or streamlined.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide recurring and ad-hoc reporting on sales and operational metric
- Accomplished by using Excel, SQL, or Tableau
- Develop interactive and detailed Tableau visualizations
- Assist in maintaining and creating Tableau Data Sources using blended content
- Synthesize global and regional trends/sales behaviors with open-source industry relevant data to advise Sales department action.
- Write enduring and adjustable SQL queries while navigating a complex database
- Identify and fill data needs, reporting functionality, and developing analytics capabilities and procedures with internal partners across several multi-functional business units.
- Provides on-call direct support to director and above Sales staff during internal and external events.
- Summarize multi-functional data sets into actionable insights for decision makers.
- Cooperate with team members on large scale analytic projects and report proofing requirements.
- Establish, maintain, and refine standards for Sales statistic reporting.
- Document and standardize processes surrounding data reporting, formation, and requesting of data.
- Assist in defining, monitoring, and reporting KPIs across all departments

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required, bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data, reporting, analytical, or executive support role
- Advanced SQL query knowledge and understanding (SQL administration not required)
- Tableau usage, development, and administration knowledge
- Expert in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Practiced attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem solving.
- Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to work with various personalities and cultures.
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
- Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
Preferred:
- Experience in a network marketing organization.
- Familiarity with Python for analysis and automation
- Tableau Prep Conductor experience
- Developing APIs for data extraction
- Process oriented mindset
- Project Management skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in an office at a computer workstation and access information from a computer. The employee is required to be mobile to, from, and within the office. The employee may occasionally move up to 25 pounds.

· Draper Utah Office-based position with the potential for hybrid work within the Utah State only, subject to approval.
