POSITION SUMMARY:
LifeWave is seeking an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Program Manager to lead and coordinate our ecommerce initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will help assist, monitor, and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that align with our business goals while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. A key responsibility of this position is to ensure project tasks are prioritized correctly and on-track, following up as needed to ensure deadlines are hit.
As a key partner in our organization, you will work cross-functionally to ensure alignment across teams, streamline processes, and deliver impactful ecommerce, project, and organizational solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong organizational and tactical execution skills, has a proven track record of managing complex projects, and has the ability to inspire and guide teams to success. The candidate has superior communication skills, can handle grace under pressure, and can self-organize without direction. You’re a self-starter!
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and implement multiple program plans and schedules.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
- Communicate and collaborate with digital marketing teams and cross-department stakeholders.
- Develop and implement efficient processes, workflows, and strategies to drive program success.
- Supervise projects, team member progress, monitoring progress to achieve on-time deliverables.
- Manage and coordinate all digital marketing activities for the launch of a new website.
- Working with Team Leads and Director to identify, secure, and onboard resources for the program.
- Track progress against project milestones and hold others accountable for assigned tasks.
- Schedule program meetings while tracking and following up with action items.
- Identify any barriers to successful program execution and escalate as appropriate.
- Prepare reports for Directors and other senior staff.
- Provide clear guidance to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaboration and timely delivery of results.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate program goals, updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders at all levels.
- Work closely with the department head to help assist and manage all aspects of the department’s needs.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Program or Project Manager or other managerial position.
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and program/project management software (Asana, Smartsheet’s, etc.)
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
- Superior communication skills and ability to help drive projects to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- STRONG ability to multi-task, manage and hit strict deadlines, and work in a very fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Proven experience in showcasing initiative and being self-driven.
- Strong ability to receive feedback and adjust as needed.
Work Environment & Expectations
• Draper Utah Office-based position with the potential for hybrid work within the Utah State only, subject to approval.
• Employees must maintain the same level of performance, engagement, and availability in hybrid settings as in-office roles.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
