Position Summary:
The Director of Marketing Operations will serve as an essential role within marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Centralized Communication: Act as the main point of contact for communication across

accurately.
2. Project Management: Oversee the implementation of key marketing initiatives, ensuring
that projects are completed on time and within scope.
3. Real-Time Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time updates on
key metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
4. Process Optimization: Identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable the
marketing team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment within the
department.
5. Goal Setting: Develop measurement plans which contain benchmarks and goals for each
upcoming program or campaign.
6. Performance Measurement: Monitor performance, develop insights, make
recommendations and implement optimizations across campaigns and marketing.

• A good understanding of key marketing functions and touch points.
• Demonstrated experience owning and running the governance of large marketing initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
• Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
Education & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 8 years marketing experience.
• Previous program or project management experience.
Work Environment & Expectations
• Office-based position with the potential for hybrid work (Utah only, subject to approval).
• Employees must maintain the same level of performance, engagement, and availability in hybrid settings as in-office roles.
• Role requires extended periods of computer-based work.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
