POSITION SUMMARY
As a Senior Project Manager, your multifaceted role involves strategic project leadership and coordination. You will execute core projects related to IT and Infrastructure Enhancements, collaborating seamlessly with IT, sales, marketing, and other key business areas. Your responsibilities span strategic project management, including comprehensive planning, milestone tracking, and alignment with organizational objectives. Cross-functional collaboration is essential as you coordinate project activities across teams. You’ll report on project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain clear communication. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but will be expected to provide leadership to project teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management Requirements
- Perform all work in compliance with company guidelines
- Execution and Communication of all dedicated projects
- Successful delivery of key digital and/or web projects for the company
- Lead the execution of all projects to successful completion within designated time and budget
- Coordinate with regional leads and core departments on multiple time-zones to effectively manage the timely execution of global projects
- Creation of project and procedure templates
- Act as the main liaison between IT and the business
- Formation of critical timelines
- Project documentation maintenance
- Relationship building between stakeholders
- Information and Data gathering and reporting on a regular basis
- Responsible for inter-department communication & coordination
- Updating and creation of SOP’s and Work Instructions
- Become a super user of Project Management Software.

· Completes all company training and follows established policies and procedures.
· Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
· 10 years’ experience required.
· PMI certification preferred.
· Proven success of delivering technology, software, digital, and/or web projects.
· Project Management Tool knowledge essential.
· Ability to deliver projects using various methods including waterfall and Agile project delivery.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
· Attention to detail and complex information required.
· Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to work with various personalities and cultures required.
· Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment is required.
· Fluent English essential.
· Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
· Ability to travel up to 10% of the year.
