To support our continued growth, we are hiring an experienced Business Development Professional for the South Atlantic region, to generate leads for DME (durable medical equipment) of home accessibility solutions in Baltimore, MD | Raleigh, NC | Charlotte, NC | Columbia, SC | Atlanta, GA. Position Overview The Regional Leader of Business Development is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals that lead to sales. This role involves educating referral sources, hosting in-service training(s), and identifying opportunities to improve regional awareness and access to our home safety solutions. Key Responsibilities•    Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including Skilled Nursing/Rehab Facilities, Acute Care Hospitals, LTACs, Home Healthcare Agencies, Senior Services, and Physicians' Offices.•    Develop and execute referral strategies to increase lead generation and conversion.•    Identify key referral sources and maintain ongoing engagement to strengthen partnerships.•    Schedule and conduct 6-12 in-service presentations monthly to educate healthcare professionals about home accessibility solutions.•    Organize and participate in trade shows, networking events, and educational luncheons to expand industry awareness.•    Track referral activity and sales performance to analyze and optimize strategies.•    Maintain accurate records in the company CRM (Via Novo) and provide regular updates on referral trends.•    Collaborate with, develop and present reports on individual branch location marketing plans, in-service activities, and referral performance towards sales conversions.   Qualifications•    3-5 years of experience in business development, referral marketing, or related healthcare/DME sales.•    Knowledge of home safety, fall prevention solutions, aging in place, and ADLs.•    Established healthcare industry connections within the South Atlantic region, strongly preferred.•    Proven ability to identify, develop and maintain professional referral relationships.•    Demonstrated ability to work independently, and collaboratively. •    Excellent communication and presentation skills.•    Strategic and results-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.•    Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally up to 8 nights/month. Why Join Lifeway Mobility?•    Make a difference.  We make a positive impact by helping individuals regain and maintain their independence at home.•    Represent a growing company with a strong reputation in the home accessibility industry.•    Join a highly engaged work community with access to training opportunities, growth potential, and a comprehensive total rewards package.•    Collaborate with colleagues to support our purpose-driven work environment.•    Earn a competitive base salary with a performance-based bonus plan.•    Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, employer paid life, LTD, 7 paid holidays and 3 weeks of PTO.  •    We set you up for success at the start with our Academy, which includes virtual and in-person training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to grow.   We are more than just a company – we are a community driven by our Core Values of Putting People First, Being Accountable, and Doing Well While Doing Good.
