As an Event Production Lead, you have a track record of managing event production from concept through execution. You are passionate, creative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to oversee logistics while keeping the big picture in mind. About the Job
We are looking for a gospel-centered, results-driven, and detail-oriented Event Production Lead to join the LifeWise Academy team. This full-time position is critical to ensuring excellence and consistency in all LifeWise events. LifeWise currently orchestrates 5-8 local and national events throughout the year, along with virtual events. This position will be responsible for managing production logistics, coordinating vendors, and ensuring seamless event execution.
This position will operate out of our headquarters in Hilliard, Ohio (just outside of Columbus) and will require travel to national events up to 10 times per year.
Responsibilities
- Identify, screen, and hire production companies for LifeWise events.
- Serve as the lead communicator with production companies on behalf of LifeWise.
- Oversee all production aspects of events, including audio, visual, and front-of-house execution.
- Manage pre-event production, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Lead coordination of virtual conferences between LifeWise and external vendors.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in event production for LifeWise Academy.
- Travel to national events as needed (less than 10 times per year).
- Serve as the Event Production lead for events hosted at the LifeWise facility.
