Job Description:
The company is a $280M consumer goods distributor that has experienced 10% growth in the past year and aims to continue this trajectory.
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in supply chain management, pricing, and master data to join our team as a Supply Chain Master Data Manager.
This role will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain and will oversee a team of 3 responsible for managing item master data, reference data, compliance data, customer data, and vendor data.
The ideal candidate will have a highly energetic personality, at least 5 years of experience in supply chain, pricing, or master data management, and a working knowledge of data governance principles and data quality management.
They will be responsible for establishing processes, monitoring data quality, and setting data governance standards consistent with state and federal regulations.
The goal is to reduce errors and redundancies in data across multiple applications, ensure seamless data flow across systems, implement accurate pricing updates, and protect the financial performance of the business by identifying potential supply chain issues.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of 3 responsible for managing item master data, reference data, compliance data, customer data, and vendor data.
- Establish processes, monitor data quality, and set data governance standards consistent with state and federal regulations.
- Reduce errors and redundancies in data across multiple applications.
- Ensure seamless data flow across systems (i.e. ERP, Advanced Planning, WMS, etc.).
- Implement accurate pricing updates.
- Protect the financial performance of the business by identifying potential supply chain issues.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, pricing, or master data management.
- Working knowledge of data governance principles and data quality management.
- Proven track record of success in similar roles.
- Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
Benefits:
- $90,000 – $115,000 bonus.
