Energy Services Crew Member

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable candidate to join our team. The Crew Member will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the receiving, storing, organizing, and delivering of goods in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect material orders for accuracy and damage.
• Unload trucks, check product against packing slips, and store items in appropriate locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for onsite delivery according to program guidelines.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks (training provided if necessary).
• Maintain organization of the warehouse, ensuring that products are easily accessible and stock levels are accurately tracked.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with orders as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with the labeling, sorting, and organization of inventory.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of warehouse areas.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Direct weatherization install measures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures
