Individual Giving Officer #1613
The Individual Giving Officer l eads and executes the organization's individual giving strategy, including but not limited to major and planned giving initiatives. Works as part of the Development team to identify, cultivate, and steward long-term relationships with individual donors, securing significant contributions that align with the organization's goals. Collaborates with leadership and colleagues across the organization to support a culture of philanthropy.
Location : This position will cover LifeWorks NW's Sylvan site.
Pay / Benefits : $88,539 starting annual salary plus Full benefits.
Essential Responsibilities :
Strategy and Leadership
Works closely with the President / CEO and Director of Development to :
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of all individual giving strategies, including major and planned gifts.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow the individual giving program, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate closely with the President / CEO and Board of Directors to engage, solicit, and steward major donors and key stakeholders.
- Recommend, develop plans, and meet annual fundraising goals for individual giving, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
