**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team. The applicant must be enrolled or have graduated from an ABA focused Master's degree program and be obtaining Restricted/ Unrestricted hours or has obtained them. The Case Manager will work with individuals, particularly children or adolescents, with autism or developmental disabilities to create and implement behavior intervention plans supervised by an experienced board certified behavior analyst.
**Qualifications:**
- RBT Certification Required
- Willing to continuously learn and work with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Capacity to expand knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Familiarity with special education and behavioral therapy techniques
- Ability to work effectively with children and adults with developmental challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills for working closely with clients, families, and colleagues
- Technologically savvy, or a fast learner
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop treatment plans and behavior intervention plans alongside an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
-Complete direct and indirect hours during scheduled daily hours
- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, community, and clinical settings, as well as supervise RBT's
- Conduct Assessments
- Assist in skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support client progress
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
