We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable with daily calls, prospecting across multiple platforms, and working with channel partners to generate interest and qualify leads.
About the Role:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Provide updates to senior leadership through regular performance reports, resourcing requirements, issues/resolution recommendations.
What You Bring:
- Proven sales development experience with a track record of over-achieving.
- Strong phone presence and experience with executing large outbound call volume, daily.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills, business acumen, and expert negotiation.
