What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Consultant/Sales Assistant position at LifeWorks Wellness Center?
LifeWorks Wellness Center is looking for a sales professional to join our team as a Patient Service Consultant Assistant. Our clinic in Clearwater, Florida is expanding at a rapid rate and so is our team!
Patient Service Consultant (PSC) Assistant Overview:
- Orient the patient to our clinic and educate them on our holistic approach.
- Provide educational information on all advised treatments, utilizing the Practitioners to assist in the education on specific treatments.
- Sign patients up for their treatment plan and collect payment.
- Generate new leads and conversions through an internal referral campaign with existing patients.
- Follow up on all missed appointments for consults.
- Regular interaction with patients who are going through their treatment to ensure they are happy and progressing well through their treatment plan.
What to Expect:
- In depth training and education will be provided, allowing the PSC to become an expert in their field and confident with their ability to enlighten patients on Lifeworks’ Integrative / Alternative / Functional / Holistic treatment programs.
- Collect payment and enroll patients on their treatment plan.
- Regular interaction with patients to ensure they are progressing well through their treatment and collecting on any payments needed as they progress.
- Follow up with prospective patients and current patients to effectively cultivate patient relationships.
- This is an in-office, Full-Time, patient-facing position.
PSC Assistant Requirements:
- GED or High School Diploma
- Prior Healthcare experience
- Prior Sales experience
- Strong understanding of Sales Principles and Client Service Practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be energetic and confident
- English – Fluent
Hours for the PSC Position:
- Monday – Thursday; 8:45am – 5:00pm
- Friday; 8:00am-4:00pm
