">Key Responsibilities
">- Post job openings on various job boards and platforms, and thoroughly review applications from internal and external sources to ensure timely and efficient candidate selection.
- Conduct in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability, build rapport with potential hires, and make informed decisions about candidate progression.
- Complete thorough background checks, reference verifications, and create engaging candidate profiles to showcase to interested families and clients.
- Nurture existing relationships with candidates to foster referral pipelines, identify new talent, and drive business growth.
- Effectively manage contact information and update availability details for candidates, ensuring seamless communication and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with sales managers to schedule interviews, conduct candidate searches, and match suitable candidates with open roles, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, maintenance, and QuickBooks management, to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
">- A Bachelor's degree is required, as well as a minimum of two years of relevant office experience, showcasing your ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for success in this role, along with a willingness to travel for training and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Prior experience in staffing and recruitment, or working on commission, is desirable but not required.
